1-     Some of the skills I learned in LALT 101 this semester, Refworks (because I never knew about it before and it is very easy to use and very helpful because it can easily save your articles without having to research for them). Also, I expanded my research skills and I learned to use many databases from the library databases which I never used before. Also, I learned how to create a blog and write in it (which I didn’t know before and never try it). As a political science graduating senior, I did many research but I learned how to narrow down my research to get limited articles (not to get 1000 articles in the search results).

2-     The thing I am always confused about is the difference between OR/AND in the research. Other than that, there is nothing that confuse me. Only I would have liked to spend more time on Refworks because its amazing and I never knew it before.

3-     I like blogging through WordPress, because I’ve never created a blog before which was something interesting and new.

4-     Only it was hard at the beginning because I’m not used to it, it was confusing where to write (page or post), how to read the comments. However, I got used to by time and practicing.

I searched on Google for my topic then I look which website are the best articles on, I read the article and knew it was related to my topic. Also, they are recent article because the date shows that the websites are updated.

  Objectivity: the articles were objective because they were only stated facts, it didn’t include any personal opinions to show any bias.
